This curriculum and learning opportunity will empower participants to distinguish and analyze the characteristics, values, and priorities of Indigenous leadership, while challenging unconscious biases around how leadership is experienced. The learning experience uses art to communicate one’s perception of leadership through images, fostering reflection and curiosity.
The curriculum is designed for asynchronous learning or small groups. It was designed to fit into a lunch hour and is ideal for a “Lunch and Learn” session.
