Exploring Wahkotowin
We Are All Related with the Help of Mistatim - The Horse

All of us come with our own bias about people, situations, and the world around us. In this video exercise, we connect to the wisdom of the horse to uncover unintentional bias that can interfere in our interactions with others. Horses, who live in herds, use specific methods to ensure organization, harmony, inclusivity and safety in their communities. By interacting with horses, we gain feedback on what our body language imparts to others, allowing us to make positive change.
